Amani Community Services Pty Ltd was founded with a single purpose: to provide high-quality, person-centred support that enables individuals with disability and older Australians to live fulfilling, independent lives.

Operating across Victoria, we have grown steadily by staying true to our core belief — that every person has inherent dignity and the right to choose how they live, learn, and connect. Our team brings together decades of combined experience in community services, nursing, allied health, and social work.

We are NDIS-registered and work collaboratively with participants, families, and other providers to deliver seamless, coordinated care.
