We provide disability support, aged care, community participation, in-home care, respite care, and support coordination services. All services are delivered in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards and applicable Australian laws. Service delivery is subject to a separate service agreement, which will outline the specific terms, fees, and scope of support.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which is contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited, at our option, to the re-supply of the services or the payment of the cost of having the services re-supplied.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of this site by, any third party. Prohibited conduct includes transmitting unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material.
